■ What details would you like me to include in the drawing (be specific as much as possible)
■ What will be the background?
■ Provide references as much as possible.2. Wait for confirmation.3. Please take note that I have the right to turn down your commission request with the following reasons:
■ slots are full
■ I'm uncomfortable with it
■ expliciting rude / ill behavior
■ the commission request falls into the "won't draw" list.4. Revisions will be watermarked. The full-resolution image without the watermark will be sent via email. You will receive the PNG files of the artwork.5. To avoid being marked as sus/scam accounts, please follow the request format (refer to #1). For any inquiries, please DM me on any of my socials.

payment

■ Accepting GCash & Wise.■ Please note that payment will only apply once your commission request has been accepted and you're next in queue.■ Pay upfront; I will only start after I receive the proof of payment.■ You're expected to pay within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled.■ I will give you a heads-up when I will start your commission.

delivery time

■ I don't do rush commissions so please be patient with me.■ Expected completion of your commission is around 2 - 4 weeks.

cancel/refunds

■ You have the right to cancel your commission IF payment hasn't been done.■ You have the right to get a refund IF I haven't started with your commission.

revisions

■ I will be updating you with your commission, presenting you with the ff:1st wip: Initial sketch
2nd wip: Lineart with base color

■ It's your responsibility to ensure that your commission request includes all of the information you want me to use. Just don't ask me to change my art style.■ You are limited to 2 revisions only; 1 major and 1 minor
Major Revision: Applies to the 1st wip (change of expression, pose, props, etc.)
Minor Revision: Applies to the 2nd wip (change of base colors)

copyright/usage

As the artist, I...
■ Retain the rights over the artworks for promotional & portfolio use. The rights of characters that aren't mine belong to their original owners.■ Reserve the right to post the artwork publicly.

As a client...
■ Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.■ Do NOT reproduce, steal or make a profit off the artwork.■ Do NOT use the artwork for anything related to NFT, Crypto, and AI.■ You have the right to use the artwork for personal use only, such as; (print, using it as your social media profile pictures, streaming), unless you paid the commercial fees.■ You must pay the commercial fees if you plan to use the artwork besides what was stated above.■ You have the right to repost the artwork in your social media, just make sure to properly credit me by tagging either of my socials.
